Understanding comes first.
What AI is, what it can help with and how to take your first steps, explained in everyday language.
INGENUITY. CHARACTER. MOMENTUM.
Founder of ColvenGroup.
Technology and AI for people.
ALWAYS BUILDING✳
SCROLL TO MEET MESome people define themselves by a profession. For me, the common thread is wanting to understand how things work and put that knowledge to use.
I'm Daniel Rios, a systems engineer and the founder of ColvenGroup. My path brings together computing, electronics and entrepreneurship: web development, applications, cloud technology and information security.
ColvenGroup began as a venture in 2010 and was incorporated in Colombia in 2018. I also created Cuper Mototaxi: a Colombian mobility and courier project whose chapter in my life ended in 2020.
You may also know me as Danny from my earlier work as an advisor at El Jalisquillo Autos in Concord, North Carolina. Today my focus is on technology, entrepreneurship and the projects I build within ColvenGroup.
I like turning an idea into something people can use. An application. A card that connects to a digital profile. A keychain that began as a design on a screen. Learning takes on a different meaning when it becomes something tangible.
I've always enjoyed teaching older adults how to use computers. Now I want to bring that passion to artificial intelligence: helping beginners and becoming a trusted, approachable guide to understanding and using it.
Building technology. And helping others understand it.Technology starts with a question.
Ideas need to move beyond the screen, too.
There's always a next version.
MY COMPANY / A CENTRAL CHAPTER
ColvenGroup is the company I founded and the thread connecting my projects. Its story began in Colombia; today I want to strengthen its US presence, with Venezuela also part of our growth vision.

A website left unfinished.
Plenty of ideas that kept moving.
COLVENGROUP / THE BEGINNING
ColvenGroup started as a venture in 2010. In 2018, I incorporated it in Colombia after years of building the brand and developing mobile and web applications.
That same year, 2018, my personal website was left unfinished. Its opening lines already expressed a belief I still hold: “I believe we should never stop learning.”

MY IDEA / COLOMBIAN MOBILITY
Cuper Mototaxi came from an idea of my own. I created this project to connect people with motorcycle transport, courier services and private cars in Colombia.
My chapter with the project ended in 2020. Its story lives on in its original website, 2019 press coverage and what I learned along the way.
Explore Cuper Mototaxi and its press archive ↗In my experience, Cuper’s ending was shaped by government action, disagreements with partners and the arrival of COVID-19. Its story distinguishes my account from the official investigation documents.
The ending and the official documents ↗FROM CODE TO SOMETHING TANGIBLE
ColvenGroup remains central to my journey. Around it, I develop projects that connect software with the physical world: digital identity, cards, NFC and 3D-printed pieces.
IdentiArt and Keychain Factory represent that exploration. For Car Credit Center, I developed the entire technology and corporate visual identity. I also collaborate on RealSignsNC, Santy’s project; my earlier experience at El Jalisquillo Autos is another chapter in this journey.
MY NEW DIRECTION / TEACHING
I want to become a trusted guide to artificial intelligence for people without a technology background. For anyone who hears about AI but doesn't yet know what it is, where to begin or how it could help.
My interest in teaching computer skills to older adults is the starting point. Now I want to explain these tools patiently, using everyday examples and being clear about both their possibilities and their limitations.

The company connecting my story and my next chapter.
ColvenGroup is the company I founded and the thread connecting my projects. Its story began in Colombia; today I want to strengthen its US presence, with Venezuela also part of our growth vision.
I founded ColvenGroup to pursue my path as a technology entrepreneur. Its work spans IT solutions, mobile and web application development, hosting and cloud services.
It is central to my journey and the setting for different projects and collaborations. Cuper Mototaxi belongs to that history; IdentiArt, Keychain Factory and the RealSignsNC website are part of the universe I'm building today.
History, capabilities and international presence
It started with an idea of my own.
A Colombian mobility and courier platform that took technology onto the streets. My chapter with the project ended in 2020; its story includes press coverage, the Feria de las 2 Ruedas and lessons I want to share.

The ending and the official documents ↗Technology and corporate identity, developed entirely by me.
For Car Credit Center, I developed 100% of the project's technology and corporate visual identity. My work covers both areas: how its technology functions and how the brand presents itself visually.
This work brings together two sides of my experience: technology development and corporate identity design, conceived as parts of the same project.
An identity you can hold in your hand.
My project for connecting the way a business introduces itself with its digital presence. Cards, QR codes, NFC and personalized products that bring the physical world closer to software.
The question guiding its development is simple: how can we make it easier for a small business to introduce itself and connect with customers?
From a name and a logo to a real object.
A tool for designing personalized keychains and preparing printable files. It brings typography, shapes and logos together with a 3D manufacturing process.
It's one of the most direct ways to watch an idea become an object: design, adjust, print and improve again.
A chapter built around people.
My work as Danny Rios at El Jalisquillo Autos in Concord, North Carolina, is part of my professional history. Here I preserve that chapter as an archive while focusing my current work on ColvenGroup and technology.

Technology that helps another project take shape.
RealSignsNC is Santy's project focused on automotive visual services. Its website development within ColvenGroup brings together a visual catalog, bilingual content and inquiries through WhatsApp.
A collaboration where technical work supports a business's identity and needs.
I BELIEVE
WE SHOULD
NEVER STOP
LEARNING.
FOR ANYONE THINKING “THIS ISN'T FOR ME”
You don't need to speak like an expert to start understanding it.
I want to help people without a technology background discover what artificial intelligence is and how it can help in everyday life. People who barely use the internet. Older adults. Anyone who's curious but doesn't know where to begin.
My goal is to become an approachable guide: someone who explains patiently, assumes no prior knowledge and never makes you feel like you've arrived too late.
Let's talk about what you'd like to learnWhat AI is, what it can help with and how to take your first steps, explained in everyday language.
Learn to ask for help writing a message, organizing an idea or understanding a topic. Step by step.
Explain which options are free, which require payment and why it's worth checking answers and being careful about what we share.
